By browsing the gallery or acquiring specimens from Trevor's Treasure, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Authenticity & Mineral Integrity Guarantee

Every mineral specimen, crystal cluster, and faceted gemstone listed in our catalog is guaranteed 100% natural and untreated, unless explicitly specified in the individual item listing. We disclose all known geological origins, carat weights, and measurements accurately.

Photographs are captured under professional studio lighting to present accurate color and crystalline geometry. Because natural mineral terminations reflect light uniquely under different illumination conditions, slight optical variations under home lighting are normal.

3. 1-of-1 Specimen Availability & Orders

Because each natural mineral and custom precision-cut gemstone is a unique, one-of-a-kind (1-of-1) geological specimen, all orders are subject to real-time vault availability. In the rare event that two collectors simultaneously place an order for the same piece, the initial timestamped transaction will be honored, and the second order will be immediately refunded in full.

4. Pricing & Transparent Payment Terms

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are transparent with no hidden checkout surcharges.

• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal Pay in 4.
• Payment must be verified and cleared before dispatch from our vault.
• We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors prior to order shipment. In such cases, you will be contacted and given the option to proceed or cancel without penalty.

5. Shipping & Armored Transit

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy:

• Standard domestic shipping is \$45.00 USD, or FREE for orders of \$1,000.00 USD or more.
• Handling time is 1–2 business days. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days via tracked, insured courier with adult signature confirmation.
• Risk of loss transfers to the courier upon dispatch; however, all packages are shipped 100% fully insured at our expense for your complete protection.

6. 14-Day Vault Inspection & Returns

We provide an explicit 14-Day Vault Inspection Guarantee. You may return any specimen in its original, unaltered condition within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery for a 100% refund. Please refer to our complete Return & Refund Policy for full details and instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including specimen photography, logo designs, text, and 3D shader layouts, is the exclusive property of Trevor's Treasure and protected under United States and international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
