1. Dedicated Armored Transit & Packaging

Because natural crystal terminations, delicate matrix clusters, and precision faceted gemstones require extraordinary care, every acquisition from Trevor's Treasure is packaged under strict archival standards.

• Specimens are encased in custom-cut, shock-absorbing high-density archival foam to prevent movement or thermal shock.
• Faceted gemstones and small crystal carvings are dispatched in rigid security mailers with individual gem storage cases.
• Heavy mineral specimens utilize heavy-duty double-wall corrugated boxes.
• Every package is shipped with full transit insurance covering 100% of the replacement or acquisition value.
• Direct Adult Signature Confirmation is required on all high-value deliveries.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)

Order Cutoff Time: Orders received before 2:00 PM CST Monday through Friday begin preparation the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or during weekends/holidays will begin preparation on the subsequent business day.

3. Worldwide & International Insured Transit

• International Couriers: Dispatched via DHL Express International, FedEx International Priority, or USPS Priority Mail International with full insurance and door-to-door tracking telemetry.
• Global Vault Tier ($1,000+): Worldwide insured armored shipping is 100% FREE on international orders of $1,000.00 USD or more.
• Customs & Declarations: All specimens and gemstones are exported in full compliance with international geological and mineralogical trade regulations, accompanied by formal invoices and certificates of provenance.

4. Approved Carriers & Tracking Telemetry

We partner exclusively with premier commercial carriers experienced in valuable cargo handling:

• Primary Couriers: FedEx Express, UPS, DHL Express, or USPS Priority Mail Express.
• Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, an automated confirmation email with your direct tracking link will be provided.

5. Delivery Address & Signature Requirements

To protect both collectors and our inventory against fraudulent delivery redirection, high-value packages can only be dispatched to the verified billing address or confirmed PayPal shipping destination. We cannot ship specimens to unstaffed P.O. boxes.

6. Damaged or Lost in Transit Protocol

In the extraordinarily rare event of transit damage or courier delay:

• Please retain all outer boxes, archival foam, and packaging materials.
• Notify Trevor immediately within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographs of the packaging.
• Because all shipments are 100% fully insured by Trevor's Treasure, we will initiate an expedited claim and ensure you receive an immediate replacement or full reimbursement.
